The system is formed by two components: the Moodle plugin and the VPL-Jail-System (execution server). The Moodle plugin is distributed in source format and can be installed as a regular Moodle plugin. The execution system is also distributed in source format and requires installation on a Linux system, typically different from the Moodle server.
- Download VPL for Moodle from here (VPL V4.2.5) or from the official Moodle plugin page.
- Download the needed VPL jail system 4.0.4 from vpl-jail-system-4.0.4.tar.gz (179 Kb).
Installation Instructions
To install the Moodle plugin, follow the instruction "Installing plugins" at Moodle site. To install the execution system, you must follow the instructions at the vpl-jail-system manual.
